How to Repair a Hasbro lightsaber?
My son has a Hasbro lightsaber I bought him for Christmas of 05 has stopped working (no sound, no lights at all) and still wants to play with her. I thought it was probably a faulty electrical connection around the hand and attempted to disarm. I removed the four Phillips screws on the side, but I'm trapped here. Even after removing the screws, nothing will be open and most parties seem to be welded each other. How should I proceed? Is it possible to send it for repair at a lower price to buy a new one? Are there ways to get information about how to remove?
I have a green lightsaber age. I need to get "C" cells for testing and after testing, I can disarm and see what it is working. If the parts are sealed in epoxy resin (at most) are interested in buying?
